This site was made for people who would like to give a present to their friends, relatives, loved ones that would be remembered for a lifetime. Usually the end result of the hunt for a present is an agonizingly found item, which does not always cause the expected result. On this site everyone can find the most appropriate present for themselves or the recipient. We simultaneously offer relaxed, recreational amusement, and thrilling, adrenalin-filled programs – whether it is swimming with sharks or a romantic flight over our wonderful land.

How can I buy a surprise?

There are several ways. What are the payment options?

A.) Through our credit-card accepting system:

After registration, place the desired product or service into the shopping cart, click on the payment button, enter the required information, and our system will direct you to our bank where you can pay the bill by entering your credit-card information in a completely secure system.
This option is only available with embossed credit-cards.

B.) Bank transfer

The financial part of the presents or services can be transferred to the above bank account. When the amount arrives on the company account, we will issue the bill and mail to the customer’s name and address.

C.) Payment with postal check

You can send the price of the present or surprise with a pink check – available at any post office – to our address:

D.) Payment in person in our offices or on-site

Because we spend a lot of time on-site, presents may be picked up, details may be confirmed, samples may be checked and financial matters may be settled in our office at the following address:

E.) Cash on delivery of the present

We create the ordered present and mail to your address. At delivery you pay the deliveryman the previously agreed amount and the post office will return us the money.

F.) Our courier delivers the present to you

In this case our courier delivers the present to the indicated address, which has the following costs:
In Budapest – HUF 2500 and you can pay the courier the financial aspect of the present
20km vicinity of Budapest – HUF 3500

How will Meglepkék use my personal data?

Orders and customer data are stored on secure servers. The secure server (SSL) encrypts you data before we receive them. Furthermore, we use security measures conforming to Hungarian privacy laws to manage secure data access and their availability to third parties. This way we can prevent unauthorized access.

Can I transfer my present to someone else?

Of course, you have the option of transferring the present. If you are the recipient, you can transfer it until the present’s deadline. For further information, please call our customer service: 06-1-303-9379

Under what conditions are adventures not organized?

There are a lot of adventures affected by the weather. When ordering adventure and confirming the date and time, our customer service will provide information on the undisturbed execution. If the weather turns inappropriate, we will indicate it to you beforehand and together we can agree on an appropriate period.

The voucher redemption period expires after a certain period. Do I have to redeem the voucher before then?

The voucher period means its redemption – how long the customer or recipient has to indicate to us when they wish to redeem their vouchers. Of course the present may be received after the deadline – if the customer indicates it in advance.

I have lost the voucher. Can it be replaced?

If the voucher has not yet expired, the voucher may be replaced by proof of personal identification of the customer. The re-production and re-delivery costs of the voucher are charged to the customer.

How are vouchers delivered?

It is possible to receive the vouchers in person, by COD or home delivery. Prices do not include delivery costs.

What does a Meglepkék voucher contain?

The voucher contains an elegant gift box with a description of the present, and a mini DVD with a movie summary of the specified program. The present identification code, which the recipient can use to identify ownership, is found on the DVD.

I would rather not participate in the program. Is there a refund option?

When organizing the programs, the specified date and time are reserved after a 30% deposit, so when cancelling the order, we cannot refund this amount.

I do not have the time at the reserved period. Can I rearrange?

Of course it is possible – up to 7 days prior to program execution.

Do I have the option of replacing one present with another?

It is possible to replace one present with another in the same price category. If you would like to replace one present with a higher value one, you only have to pay the difference.

I would like to surprise my employees with Meglepkék presents. Are the company packages?

Yes. We have special company packages found in the main categories. Of course it is possible to create larges packages as well.
