A 1.2 million liter pool is home to 8 sharks. So what is interesting and important about this?
Instead of dolphins, we provide sharks as partners for the swim.
For those with diver’s certificate and certified dives, it is possible to dive down to the predators with an escort.
You can swim together with these darling little fishes.
You can look for shark teeth, which others can only buy in the gift shop.
Of course those accompanying the participant can click away with their cameras from the side of the aquarium, recording the memorable swim.
The duration of the dive is approximately 20-25 minutes.
Tropicarium’s trained and certified caretakers dive weekly into the nearly 1.2 million liter, 4 meter deep, 21-13ºC temperature salt water. During their dives they feed the animals by hand and clean the pool. The caretakers feed approximately 12-15kg of sea fishes to the predators every time. They feed them twice a week (once from underwater, once from the surface).
However, everyone has the chance to be among the sharks, even if they do not have a diver’s certificate or the appropriate permits!
Everyone knows, has seen the classic shark-proof cage, which keeps these majestic predators away from the participants.
You can move freely in cage down to 4 meters and can view these special creatures with complete safety.
The only limiting factor of such a dive is the participant’s lung capacity, because in this case diving is without an oxygen tank.
The duration of the dive is 20-25 minutes in this case as well.
The indicated price includes the arrangement of the dive, the organization, the presence and help of the staff at the indicated time, location rental and entrance for two companions.
If you arrive with more companions, they will have to purchase tickets for HUF 1 900 each.
In case of diving with a tank we provide the tank, the lead belt, and any equipment you may be missing.
Please let us know when ordering the surprise how many companions will be present at this outstanding event, because they will receive their tickets and instructions from the manager of the dive.
The indicated price of the service or product includes VAT.
Separate staff helps the participant and companions from the first minute to the last.
