Name a star after your sweetheart, relative, friend. Send us an e-mail or call us, and we will manage the token of immortality. We will send you a star-order form, which must be completed as follows:
What would you like to call the star, in which constellation it should be in, date of presentation, etc. Approximately 1 week after receiving the order form, we will re-christen the star and send you or the recipient a decorative gift-package, which contains the original certification framed, a velvet-covered book that – if required – includes the name of the presenter, a Hungarian language certificate, a star map, and a ticket to the planetarium.
After making the necessary arrangements, up to 4 people can enter the planetarium and view the vicinity of the star either with the large telescope or using special technology, within the bounds of possibility.
Unfortunately we cannot see the star itself, because the city’s light-pollution is such that it suppresses the stars’ light; however, if somebody has the chance to view the sky at an out-of-town planetarium, they may have more luck and may even see their own star.
Star name entries may be found in the book titled “Our place in the Universe”, which could even include your name! Star names are internationally recorded, certified and officially registered. The price includes the gift-package and the name of the star forever.
